Our Services & Investment

In-home Organizing

In-home organizing is a hands-on, supportive service designed for clients who want meaningful change without having to manage alone. Together, we thoughtfully edit your belongings and create systems that reflect how you truly live — and then I take care of the organizing and installation so your space feels functional, intuitive, and easy to maintain.

This option is especially helpful when time is limited, decisions feel overwhelming, or progress has been difficult to sustain on your own.

All-inclusive flat rates are available for transforming individual spaces, and package rates are offered when multiple areas are included or if on-going support is wanted. More information can be found in the Investment section below.

    • Those who have limited time to declutter and organize independently

    • Are comfortable making decisions with guidance, but prefer the physical work to be handled for you

    To create a plan that’s tailored to your home and lifestyle, clients will provide:

    • Clarity around what you want your space to support — ease, calm, routine, and livability

    • Real-time decisions on what to keep, donate, or let go of, with supportive guidance throughout

    • Feedback during the planning phase to ensure the systems feel intuitive, elevated, and easy to maintain

    • A shared commitment to creating a home that functions beautifully and feels good to live in

    • A comprehensive online inquiry form to help us understand your space, goals, and priorities

    • A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to determine fit and discuss next steps

    • An in-home walkthrough to review the space, identify pain points, and explore thoughtful solution options

    • Hands-on guidance through the decluttering and decision-making process

    • A customized project plan, presented for your review and approval before work begins

    • Full organizing implementation, including system setup and product sourcing when appropriate

    • Product recommendations that align with both your lifestyle and your design preferences

    • Optional guidance for clients interested in sustainable and eco-friendly organizing products (i.e. bamboo)

    • Complete clean-up, plus a complimentary donation or recycling drop-off after each session

    • Have been diagnosed with hoarding disorder

    • Need hazard clean-up, biohazard remediation, or heavy-duty junk removal prior to organizing

  • Pricing is determined during the consultation and reflects the full scope of your project. This includes thoughtful planning and preparation (space layout, zoning, and recommended products), time spent sourcing and tracking organizing solutions, hands-on in-home decluttering and organizing, and complete clean-up of all packaging and boxes upon completion.

    For single-space projects, flat-rate pricing may be offered. For larger, multi-space transformations, package rates are available. Clients may choose to purchase recommended products themselves or opt for white-glove service, in which all purchasing, coordination, and delivery is handled on their behalf.

    Each in-home session includes a complimentary donation or recycling drop-off, when applicable.

    A Note on Fit

    Sanctuary is best suited for clients who are ready to invest in a thoughtful, professionally guided organizing experience — one that prioritizes both function and aesthetics. My services are not designed to compete with bargain or quick-fix options, but instead to provide lasting systems, hands-on support, and a space that feels calm, elevated, and easy to maintain.

    • Reach-in closets: $400+

    • Walk-in closets: $500+

    • Laundry rooms / mudrooms: $700+

    • Kitchens: $700+

    • Pantries: $300+
      (Pricing varies based on cabinet, reach-in, or walk-in pantries)

    • Offices: $700+

    • Play spaces/ Nurseries: $700+

    • Storage spaces (attic / basement): $1,000+

    • Garages: $1,300+

Virtual Organizing | DIY with Guidance

Virtual Organizing offers a thoughtful, guided approach for clients who want professional support while organizing independently. This service is designed for those who are comfortable with technology, motivated to take action, and looking for a more cost-conscious alternative to in-home organizing.

Like all Sanctuary services, virtual organizing begins with understanding how a space is used and what truly needs to be supported — before introducing systems or products. Each project focuses on one space at a time, allowing for clarity, intention, and sustainable results.

Reach-in spaces (single door): $250

Reach-in spaces (double door): $350

Walk-in spaces: $450

  • Virtual organizing may be a great fit if you:

    • Are comfortable using Zoom or FaceTime

    • Can walk through your space virtually using a phone or tablet

    • Feel confident decluttering and organizing independently with guidance

    • Want a clear plan, structure, and accountability without in-person support

    • Live outside of Madison, WI and surrounding area

  • What You’ll Provide

    To create a plan that’s tailored to your home and lifestyle, clients will provide:

    • Photos and basic measurements of the space

    • Insight into how the space is currently used, and if it is transitioning to another use

    • Clear goals and pain points

    • Ongoing feedback as you work through the process

  • Each virtual organizing project includes:

    • An initial virtual session to assess the space and set a clear, intentional plan

    • Step-by-step guidance for decluttering and organizing

    • A visual layout to show how the space should function once complete

    • A curated shopping list aligned with your needs and space constraints

    • A final virtual check-in to troubleshoot, refine, and ensure everything is working well for you

    This approach allows you to move at your own pace while still benefiting from Sanctuary’s experienced, systems-driven guidance.

  • This Service May Not Be the Right Fit If…

    Virtual organizing may not be the best option if you:

    • Prefer hands-on, in-person support

    • Feel overwhelmed decluttering without physical assistance

    • Are not comfortable using video technology

    • Are working through multiple spaces at once or a high-volume

    In these cases, in-home organizing services may be a better fit.

    • One 60-minute introductory virtual session

    • Approximately 1.5-2.5 hours of planning to create your customized virtual organizing guide and shopping list

    • One 30-minute virtual check-in for troubleshooting and refinement after implementation

    Walk-In Spaces — $450
    Includes:

    • One 60-minute introductory virtual session

    • Approximately 3.5 hours of planning to create your customized virtual organizing guide and shopping list

Our Process

It varies depending on what service you choose. See an outline of both options below.

In-Home Organizing

  • To get started, you’ll complete our online inquiry form and schedule a call directly on my calendar. This helps me understand your needs and provides some basic information about you for our call.

  • We’ll begin with a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your project at a high level and I’ll answer any initial questions you may have. This call helps confirm that we’re a right fit before moving forward. If so, we will schedule and in-home appointment. During this walkthrough, we’ll explore the space together and discuss your lifestyle, routine, pain points and priorities. I’ll offer solution options and provide your an estimated range of time needed for the project. Material and product recommendations will always be tailored to your budget and preferences.

  • After the consultation, if you decide to move forward you will sign an agreement confirming scope of work, and provide a deposit. I From there I’ll create a clear project plan outlining proposed zones, layout ideas, and suggested products. Once you approve the plan, any necessary materials will be ordered in advance of your session.

  • We’ll schedule dedicated time for decluttering and editing (if needed), followed by an organizing installation day where the space is transformed with functional systems designed to support your daily life.

  • A few weeks after completion, I’ll check in to ensure everything is working beautifully for you. If any adjustment are needed we’ll address them so your systems continue to feel sustainable.

Virtual Home Organizing

  • We’ll start with an initial virtual session to assess your space, identify challenges, and create a clear organizing plan.

    To prepare, you’ll provide:

    • A filled out questionnaire before our call

    • Photos of the area

    • Basic measurements of key spaces

    • Any specific goals or pain points you’d like to address

    • We will take inventory of your belongings

  • After our session, you’ll recieve a personalized step-by-step roadmap to guide you through decluttering and organizing at your own pace. This includes:

    • A clear decluttering and organizing guide

    • A visual layout showing where items and products should go

    • A curated shopping list aligned with your budget, needs, and space constraints

    Everything is designed to make implementation feel manageable and efficient.

  • Once you’ve had time to put the plan into action, we’ll schedule a virtual check-in to troubleshoot, answer questions, and ensure the systems are functioning well for your lifestyle.
