Whether you are looking lightly edit your belongings or downsize, we streamline decision making providing guidance on what to keep or let go of, and ensure packing is done in a strategic, time-saving way.

Seamless coordination of logistics: Including junk removal, consignment, donation drop-offs, and more (We take a complimentary car load to donation or recycling with each client visit).

Clients also receive a complimentary packet with packing tips, suggested starting points, as well as a cheat sheet for keeping track of your boxes and contents.

  • This service is ideal for families preparing to move who want to be intentional and strategic about what they bring into their next home. Think of it as curation, not just decluttering. When possible, we recommend getting started 2-3 months in advance of your move.

    • Honest feedback during the editing process so decisions align with your goals

  • Sanctuary supports you every step of the way with:

    • Project management to keep the process moving forward and on schedule

    • Accountability, if desired, to help you stay focused and avoid decision fatigue

    • Hands-on decision support, including 1:1 time reviewing belongings together

    • Guidance on what to keep, donate, discard, or sell

    • Coordination and recommendations for donations, disposal, or resale when needed

    This is a collaborative, judgment-free process designed to reduce overwhelm and create clarity before your move.

  • Pre-Move Edit services start at $100/hour.

    We offer three pricing tiers, with reduced hourly rates for projects of 12+ hours. During your consultation, I’ll recommend the most appropriate tier based on the size, scope, and complexity of your project.

    For clients with tighter timelines or who need a higher level of hands-on support, one or two organizers may be available, depending on availability and project needs.

Additionally, our in-house handyman is available for furniture assembly, exercise equipment assembly, TV mounting, and basic home repairs, providing a comprehensive move-in experience.

    • Want help maximizing storage and setting up spaces correctly the first time

    Our goal is to create systems that align with your daily routines, family member needs, and how you actually live.

  • To ensure a smooth and intentional setup, clients will:

    • Coordinate with movers so boxes are placed in the correct rooms/spaces upon delivery

    • Be available (by phone or text) to answer questions as needed

    • Participate in a brief walkthrough of the home prior to unpacking, when possible, so we can discuss daily routines, preferences, and how each space will be used

    Clients do not need to be on-site when the unpacking and organizing begins—once access is provided, this service can be completed independently.

  • Sanctuary offers a thoughtful, two-step process designed to reduce overwhelm and avoid re-doing work later:

    Step One: Unpack & Placement

    • Unpacking boxes and placing items into the spaces where they will ultimately “live”

    • Thoughtful placement based on functionality, routines, and household flow

    Step Two: Organize & Refine

    • Once the space is fully unpacked, we assess what organizing products (if any) are needed

    • A recommended supply list is provided for client approval

    • Organizing using existing products whenever possible

    • Incorporating new organizing solutions only where they add real value

    • Labeling systems when appropriate

    Throughout the process, we:

    • Design systems around daily routines and individual needs

    • Maximize storage and improve functionality

    • Recommend the best organizing products for each space—without overbuying

  • This May Not Be the Right Service If

    • You are looking for the quickest possible setup with minimal thought

    • You are seeking the lowest-cost option rather than a customized solution

    • You prefer to organize independently without guidance or system design

  • If you’d like support in specific rooms or spaces only, Post-Move Setup is available at hourly rates across three pricing tiers (as noted above).

    For clients looking for whole-home unpacking and setup, pricing may be provided per square foot to create a clear, predictable investment for larger projects.

    Project recommendations are based on:

    • The size of your home

    • Whether you’re setting up select spaces or the entire home

    • Your timeline and desired level of support

    One or two organizers may be assigned, depending on the size of the home, timeline, and project scope.
